My Trimingham clinic is based within Trimingham Leisure Club on the North Norfolk coast.
It’s an easy and accessible space where you can take some time out of your day and give your body the chance to slow down and reset.

Sessions here are gentle and unhurried.
You don’t need to do anything or try to make anything happen. Bowen works by giving your body the space to respond in its own way.
People often arrive feeling tense, uncomfortable, or overwhelmed, and leave feeling more settled, with a sense of things easing.
It’s a calm, supportive space where you can properly switch off.

Each Bowen session lasts around 55 minutes and takes place in a private treatment room.
Your first appointment includes time to talk through your health history, followed by your treatment and any recommendations for next steps.
Follow up appointments are usually around 45 minutes.
All sessions are £65.
There’s no pressure to commit to anything long term. We’ll always go at a pace that feels right for you.
